The gluten-free diet has become a popular new trend recently, and gluten-free products are starting to dominate the shelves at grocery stores, restaurant and catering menus. A gluten-free diet is important because it eliminates artificial flavoring and chemicals for a natural food product without processing.

By eating gluten-free, you can eliminate unhealthy oils and unhealthy carbs from your diet, which can help reduce the risk of heart disease, certain cancers and other health conditions like diabetes.
